Annual Output of 20,000 tons of High-grade Sterile Milk Production Line Project

Sponsor Survey : Hebei Gaobeidian Doudou Group was founded in May 1997; covers an area of 67,000 sqm with the construction area of 20,000 sqm. It has three series of products including fresh bean product, high dietary fiber soybean and normal temperature aseptic soybean milk, and the fresh tofu silk with Gaobeidian brand is the best known for silk products, the products sold throughout the country and exported to Japan, Canada and other countries.

Project Investment : A total investment is 11.7647 million U.S. dollars, including: the fixed assets of 7.3529 million U.S. dollars, the floating capital of 4.4118 million U.S. dollars, and the annual sales revenue of 35.2941 million U.S. dollars, annual profit and tax of 10.7559 million U.S. dollars.

Project Construction Content : Two new high-grade sterile milk production lines will be built, with a total construction area of 12,000 sqm. The production facilities is composed by the pulping system, the deployment of emulsification system, UHT sterilization system, the automatic aseptic packaging system and CIP automatic cleaning system . Full computer-controlled production process, entire seal production, the processing technology occupies the domestic advanced standard.

Economic Efficiency Forecast : After the project completes, the annual output of 20,000 tons of high-grade sterile milk, the annual sales income of 35.2941 million U.S. dollars, the annual sales cost of 20.6559 million U.S. dollars, the tax and additional value of 3.8824 million U.S. dollars, and the annual profit of 10.7559 million U.S. dollars.
