Objectives
By
enhancing trade cooperation and creating favorable investment
and business environment between Hebei Province and Hong Kong,
HKHIPA targets to achieve the objectives set as follows:

carry out strategic development plans and provide docking
service to the key projects in Hebei Province, and to
adjust the industrial structure and deploy the transformation
mode of the economic growth;

bring in capital, talent, technology and services to Hebei
Province development zones and enterprises;

provide services to Hong Kong international investment
banks, fund companies, and Hong Kong enterprises, which
intend to invest in Hebei Province. |
