Hong Kong Hebei Investment Promotion Association (HKHIPA) was established in Hong Kong on March 23, 2010 during the opening ceremony in the Hong Kong Investment and Trade Fair officiated by the Governor of Hebei Province, and the Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R.

HKHIPA is established to aggregate and integrate resources, and to build a beneficial platform in Hong Kong to promote investment co-operation plans between Hebei Province and Hong Kong. The mission is to achieve “complement between each other, sharing the resources, as well as to create win-win business collaboration opportunities”.

HKHIPA cordially invites Governor of Hebei Province; Deputy Governor of Hebei Province; Convener of the Members of the Executive Council; and Chairman of The Bank of East Asia Limited to be the Honorable Consultants. In addition, HKHIPA is also supported by the Hebei Commerce Department and the Hebei Enterprises Limited, the liaison office of Hebei Province in Hong Kong. By collaborating with the government and related corporations from both Hebei Province and Hong Kong, HKHIPA is able to create a desirable investing environment in Hong Kong.
